Togeth­er with her hus­band, Andrij Lesiv, she co-found­ed the art stu­dio “Agraf­ka,” cre­at­ing a series of dis­tinc­tive chil­dren’s pic­ture books that have been acclaimed for their inte­gra­tion of per­son­al and social expe­ri­ences. Books like “The War That Changed Lon­do” reflect the expe­ri­ence of war and have won numer­ous awards, includ­ing the 2018 Bologna Lagaz Prize. Her work has been trans­lat­ed into many lan­guages and has gained inter­na­tion­al acclaim.[3][4]She is known for her per­for­mances in Golos­no, ticho, pošep­ki (Loud­ly, Soft­ly, Whis­per­ing),Franko vid A do Ja》Won the 2017BIB PlaqueGrand Prize.
  3. Sep­tem­ber 23, 1996 (death) – Japan­ese man­ga artistHiroshi Fuji­mo­toFuji­mo­to Hiroshi (ふじもとひろし) passed away at the age of 62 (pen name: Fujiko F. Fujio). Fujiko Fujio was the co-cre­ator of the world-renowned man­ga “Dorae­mon”. Since its debut in the 1970s, “Dorae­mon” has become a clas­sic char­ac­ter loved by gen­er­a­tions of chil­dren and is hailed as “the great­est chil­dren’s idol since the 1970s.”[5]Fuji­mo­to Hiroshi and his part­ner, Abiko Motoo (Fujiko FujioⒶ), cre­at­ed a series of pop­u­lar chil­dren’s comics that had a pro­found impact on chil­dren’s cul­ture in Japan and around the world.[6][7].
