It was a little after 8 o’clock in the morning, and Xiaoyin hadn’t gotten up yet. Her father was going to take Henry out for a walk. Henry didn’t know what was going on, and was still in his little nest, a bit dazed.
I invented this, called “Henry’s Villa.” The white side is where Henry plays, and the blue side is where he sleeps. Henry doesn’t want to jump in on his own, so we carry him in, but he jumps out again.
This is Henry learning to stand today. He stood for quite a while. Because his dad wanted to take a picture, he stood up. I think it’s quite cute standing up.
This afternoon, when we were walking the dogs, we took Henry’s leash off. He wouldn’t run around or onto the driveway. Then, he ran into a puppy that looked a lot like a beaver. So, I decided to take Henry somewhere else.
Henry made great progress today and can help me retrieve the ball.
