How\u00adev\u00ader, now the fol\u00adlow\u00ading prompt often pops up inex\u00adplic\u00ada\u00adbly: \u201cThe image can\u00adnot be rotat\u00aded. The file is in use or has been opened by anoth\u00ader pro\u00adgram; or the file is read-only\u201d \u2014 in fact, there is no oth\u00ader pro\u00adgram at all, and the files are not read-only, and there are no prob\u00adlems with per\u00admis\u00adsions.
