Inspec\u00adtor Xiong Liang and his team arrived at Zhulin School in Qunx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage on Sun\u00adday. The vil\u00adlage was orig\u00adi\u00adnal\u00adly called Quanx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage, but like\u00adly recent\u00adly merged with Qun\u00adli Vil\u00adlage, lead\u00ading to the name Qunx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage. So, in addi\u00adtion to the chil\u00addren from this vil\u00adlage, there are also chil\u00addren from Niu\u00adbizi Vil\u00adlage. How\u00adev\u00ader, since the dis\u00adtance to Niu\u00adbizi Vil\u00adlage is too far (a 40-minute walk, esti\u00admat\u00aded to be 3\u20134 kilo\u00adme\u00adters), only a small num\u00adber of stu\u00addents from Niu\u00adbizi Vil\u00adlage come to attend school.<\/p>\n<p>There are rough\u00adly 70 or 80 chil\u00addren in Qunx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage. There\u00adfore, Xiaoye, a vol\u00adun\u00adteer who had pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly vis\u00adit\u00aded, worked with the vil\u00adlagers of Niu\u00adbizi Vil\u00adlage to estab\u00adlish anoth\u00ader tent school, which they named the Niu\u00adbizi Vil\u00adlage Tem\u00adpo\u00adrary School. We plan to use this as a teacher train\u00ading base for the Niu\u00adbizi School. Those who pass the tri\u00adal teach\u00ading in Qunx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage will be able to teach in Niu\u00adbizi Vil\u00adlage.<\/p>\n<p>We adhere to a joy\u00adful teach\u00ading approach in these tent schools, pri\u00admar\u00adi\u00adly aim\u00ading to pro\u00advide chil\u00addren with a way to focus on their stud\u00adies, relax, and main\u00adtain a struc\u00adtured learn\u00ading and liv\u00ading rhythm dur\u00ading this dif\u00adfi\u00adcult peri\u00adod, pre\u00advent\u00ading the dan\u00adger of wan\u00adder\u00ading through the ruins. While the full three-class peri\u00adod isn\u2019t manda\u00adto\u00adry, ensur\u00ading that chil\u00addren feel ful\u00adfilled and enjoy\u00adable is a goal that our work group excels at and deeply pur\u00adsues.<\/p>\n<p>Regard\u00ading the stu\u00addent pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion, there are cur\u00adrent\u00adly about 30 chil\u00addren in preschool through third grade, even\u00adly dis\u00adtrib\u00aduted. There are near\u00adly 40 chil\u00addren in fourth grade and above, and sev\u00aden or eight in mid\u00addle school. We\u2019ve con\u00adcen\u00adtrat\u00aded chil\u00addren in the small\u00ader class\u00ades before third grade, and in the larg\u00ader class\u00ades above fourth grade. The chil\u00addren in the small\u00ader class\u00ades are well-orga\u00adnized, respon\u00adsive, and high\u00adly authen\u00adtic, as well as well-behaved and man\u00adage\u00adable. Start\u00ading today, we plan to sep\u00ada\u00adrate the old\u00ader grades into the mid\u00addle school class\u00ades. Yes\u00adter\u00adday after\u00adnoon, we set up anoth\u00ader small tent, and the ten mid\u00addle school stu\u00addents final\u00adly had their own pri\u00advate space. The younger stu\u00addents were still very active. The chil\u00addren were delight\u00aded and very coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtive.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nThe first class for the senior class was taught by a vol\u00adun\u00adteer teacher, Chen Xiangyu, from Anhui Province. She has been teach\u00ading Eng\u00adlish to the senior class since grad\u00adu\u00adat\u00ading from high school. Teacher Chen is very expe\u00adri\u00adenced and inter\u00adacts flex\u00adi\u00adbly with the chil\u00addren, who are very coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtive. In the sec\u00adond class, the inspec\u00adtor taught the younger stu\u00addents a song, \u201cRiv\u00ader of Life.\u201d After three recita\u00adtions, the chil\u00addren eager\u00adly clam\u00adored to per\u00adform on stage. The younger stu\u00addents have a strong desire to per\u00adform. Yes\u00adter\u00adday, after read\u00ading \u201cI Have Friend\u00adships to Rent,\u201d we asked them to per\u00adform a fairy tale play. After the class, they even held an art exhi\u00adbi\u00adtion.
