1. Class\u00ades resumed at the Ren\u2019ai School in Qunx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage and Niu\u00adbi Vil\u00adlage, Han\u00adwang Town, on June 17th. Class time is pre\u00adcious these days, as rain can occur at any time. Even the slight\u00adest bit of rain can make it dif\u00adfi\u00adcult to hold up the tents, and get\u00adting the chil\u00addren to and from school becomes a chal\u00adlenge. June 17th remained dry until the evening, a tru\u00adly blessed day. The school in Qunx\u00adin Vil\u00adlage held reg\u00adu\u00adlar class\u00ades in the morn\u00ading, and in the after\u00adnoon, it was open for read\u00ading, sto\u00adry\u00adtelling, and inter\u00adest class\u00ades, all with good order. In Niu\u00adbi Vil\u00adlage, after\u00adnoon inter\u00adest class\u00ades are prov\u00ading dif\u00adfi\u00adcult to con\u00adduct, and every\u00adone is work\u00ading togeth\u00ader to find a solu\u00adtion.

2. Class\u00ades on June 18th were basi\u00adcal\u00adly nor\u00admal. How\u00adev\u00ader, it rained heav\u00adi\u00adly near noon, so one class was tem\u00adporar\u00adi\u00adly short\u00adened for safe\u00adty rea\u00adsons.<\/p>\n

3. On June 17th, sup\u00adplies con\u00adtin\u00adued to arrive from all direc\u00adtions. Even fel\u00adlow vil\u00adlagers sent us a batch of kitchen uten\u00adsils and veg\u00adeta\u00adbles. 4. On June 18, two book\u00adshelves and two box\u00ades of books were deliv\u00adered to the Niu\u00adbi Vil\u00adlage School. That evening, we invit\u00aded him and his wife to the school for a hearty din\u00adner. We had a won\u00adder\u00adful chat and their fam\u00adi\u00adly con\u00adflict seemed to have tem\u00adporar\u00adi\u00adly sub\u00adsided. Both hus\u00adband and wife expressed their strong sup\u00adport for the school. We agreed to meet at their home for lunch lat\u00ader (due to the tight sched\u00adule) and to eat din\u00adner on our own. After Xiong Ying\u2019s return, all aspects of the school\u2019s oper\u00ada\u00adtions and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtions resumed as nor\u00admal. After this peri\u00adod, every\u00adone\u2019s mutu\u00adal under\u00adstand\u00ading and care for each oth\u00ader deep\u00adened.

9. On June 18th, we slight\u00adly adjust\u00aded class sched\u00adules based on the actu\u00adal sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion of local stu\u00addents. Morn\u00ading class\u00ades will start ear\u00adli\u00ader if pos\u00adsi\u00adble; after\u00adnoon class\u00ades will begin at 2:00 PM and end at 3:30 PM, with stu\u00addents asked to leave the school at 4:00 PM. Cur\u00adrent\u00adly, the vol\u00adun\u00adteer teach\u00aders have too lit\u00adtle rest time. After work\u00ading all night and car\u00adry\u00ading out exten\u00adsive phys\u00adi\u00adcal labor, they are extreme\u00adly tired. The chil\u00addren are hap\u00adpy to come to the school to study and play, which is a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant drain on every\u00adone\u2019s phys\u00adi\u00adcal strength and ener\u00adgy. There\u00adfore, we need to work hard\u00ader to increase rest time for the teach\u00aders.<\/p>\n

10. Based on the cur\u00adrent over\u00adall work sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion, we have rough\u00adly divid\u00aded the work into the fol\u00adlow\u00ading cat\u00ade\u00adgories: Ajia is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for over\u00adall and aca\u00add\u00ade\u00adm\u00adic affairs; Xiaowen and Tiezhu are aca\u00add\u00ade\u00adm\u00adic assis\u00adtants; Instruc\u00adtor Dai is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for gen\u00ader\u00adal affairs and, along with Instruc\u00adtor Zhang, is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for camp secu\u00adri\u00adty; Instruc\u00adtor Zhang is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for team finances; Lin Yiwei is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for food and sup\u00adplies man\u00adage\u00adment; Qin Ming is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for exter\u00adnal rela\u00adtions; Feng Ning is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for clean\u00ading; and Tiezhu and Xiaowen are respon\u00adsi\u00adble for car\u00adry\u00ading water. After two days of adjust\u00adment, all aspects of the work are pro\u00adceed\u00ading smooth\u00adly.<\/p>\n

11. On the evening of June 18, we held a small farewell din\u00adner for the three vol\u00adun\u00adteers who were leav\u00ading the next day. Although the food was sim\u00adple, every\u00adone was full of affec\u00adtion and had a great time. They agreed to meet again in Bei\u00adjing in the future.
